Refund Policy

At Midnight Coven, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns window

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

• Once approved, you then have another 14 days to send it back.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. opened oils, incense, or personal items) cannot be returned.

• Sale items may be excluded unless faulty.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges

• We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

Faulty or damaged items

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• We’ll send you the return instructions.
